Our Approach to Each Engagement
Every engagement begins the same way: a quiet conversation about what your family has, what you are hoping to achieve and what the process will involve. We do not push families toward a particular service — we describe each one clearly and let families decide what feels right.
Once a service is chosen, we provide a written outline of the scope, the steps involved and the expected timeline. Work proceeds at the family's pace, with progress updates built into longer engagements.
All original materials are returned in full at completion. Digital outputs are delivered to the family directly and we do not retain copies.

Strictly organisation and archiving, with no advice and no drafting that needs a licence.
Designed for families with a significant collection of photographs, documents and heirlooms who want a comprehensive, professionally organised archive they can share with and pass on to future generations.

Team Confidentiality
Every team member working on your engagement has signed a confidentiality agreement covering all materials and family information.
Return of All Originals
Every original document, photograph and item is returned to the family in full, with a receipt confirming what was returned.
No Retained Digital Copies
We do not keep digital copies of your family's materials after the engagement ends. Everything produced is handed directly to you.
Fixed Pricing
Prices are stated clearly and do not change unless the scope changes by mutual agreement before the change takes place.
